Support for Every Season of Life

Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore what you’re carrying, make sense of your experiences, and build practical tools for daily life. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and shaped around your unique needs—whether you’re healing from trauma, coping with grief, navigating chronic illness, or working to strengthen your relationships. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, directness, and deep experience with trauma, military life, and ALS, we may be a great fit. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported from the very beginning.

Personalized, Focused Care

In individual therapy, we create a space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns at your own pace. I work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 3–103, helping you address trauma, grief, mood disorders, anxiety, chronic illness, or major life transitions. Together, we’ll develop tools to improve coping, strengthen resilience, and build a clearer path forward.

Healing Together

I help couples navigate communication challenges, emotional distance, conflict, and the strain that trauma, military life, caregiving, or chronic illness can place on a relationship. Couples therapy is a space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and supported as you rebuild connection, trust, and balance—together.

Strengthening Family Ties

Family therapy helps you understand each other’s experiences and navigate difficult seasons with more clarity and compassion. I work with families facing grief, illness, transitions, behavioral challenges, or trauma, guiding you toward healthier communication and stronger emotional connection.

Healing in Community

Group therapy offers a supportive, judgment-free space to share experiences with others who truly understand. I run groups focused on grief, caregiving, chronic illness, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. These groups combine education, connection, and practical tools to help you find support and feel less alone.
